An apartment can be reserved on payment of a 1'500 euro reservation fee; this is
refundable against the initial deposit for the property only. Reservation payments
can be made by making a banking transfer to Balkimo Shpk. Please also be sure to

With 8 employees and 2 offices, Balkimo is the largest Real Estate Agency in Albania and the exclusive selling agent for the FORTESA Residence. Balkimo established in 2004 is fully registered and headed by two Europeans living in Albania since years. Our initial goal was to
provide expiates with relevant information and transparency in the Albanian renting property
market. Then notably because of the demand from unexpected European investors, we also expand our offer to "foreign" versus "local" practice in the buying property market.
