The Builder

The building actually in progress is realized by a local company with
significant track record.

The builder has been involved in different constructions in Albania
totaling more than hundred thousand square meter of residential and public
works.

In 2002 the company built a residential/ commercial complex of 10'000 m2
in Selita, Tirana. Right now it is terminating the construction of another
residential complex of 18'000 m2 also in Selita, Tirana.

Finally, the company is now considering building a large residential and
commercial building, of around 40'000 m2, in Fusha Mezeze, only 2.5 km far
from the Center of Tirana.

The builder maintains bank accounts with the largest banks in the country:
Raiffeisen Bank (Raiffeisen Group Austria).
